Sean Lynch has joined Precision as the vice president of agricultural sales. Lynch comes with over eighteen years of sales and management experience, including past positions at Pfizer, Monsanto, and Novartis. He is responsible for all aspects of the company’s 15-person sales force and developing Precision’s customer-focused initiatives.
Mark Morris, who brings more than 20 years of experience from BASF and American Cyanamid, and Steve Stratton, with over 10 years of experience at Plant Health Care and The Delong Company, have joined Precision as district sales managers in the agricultural market. Morris will cover the newly created Delta territory consisting of Louisiana, Tennessee, and Arkansas, and Stratton will cover northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin. Both Morris and Stratton are responsible for customer targeting and planning, new product initiatives, and territory management.
“The addition of a vice president of sales and the expansion of our sales team to new territories is the result of Precision’s consistent growth in adjuvant, seed enhancement and foliar technology,” said Rick Wohlner, president of Precision Laboratories. “Sean, Mark and Steve bring proven track records of delivering value to customers. We’re excited for Sean’s drive and the contributions he can deliver to our customers and for the strength that Mark and Steve bring to our team of experienced and dedicated sales professionals.”
