Sean brings over 30 years of industry experience, along with strong customer relationships, a deep market knowledge, and a passion for building high-performing, collaborative, customer-focused teams. His approach centers on fostering meaningful relationships, motivating positive change, and ensuring alignment between people, purpose, and performance.
